 Checkout our Strength & Conditioning program at Rebel Thaiboxing! Our Strength & Conditioning program is a sure fire way to shed those excess pounds and get in the best shape of your life. We teach cutting edge techniques in exercise science to help you achieve all fitness goals for students of all experience levels. We utilize Kettlebells, Club bells, TRX stations, Tractor Trailer tires, Battle Ropes, Free Weights and more! Strength & Conditioning is available 3 days a week and is included with all memberships. Classes are ideal for students of all experience levels.
