Rebel Thaiboxing’s Boxing classes focus on the art and science of traditional boxing while delivering an intense, skill-driven workout. Each 60 minute session is designed to build strong fundamentals through a combination of shadowboxing, pad work, heavy bag drills, partner exercises, and conditioning. Students develop proper punching mechanics, footwork, timing, and defensive awareness while improving speed, coordination, and endurance. Incorporating boxing into your training alongside Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning helps sharpen your hand strikes, improve overall movement, and build the cardiovascular stamina needed for high-level striking.
The class also reinforces balance, reaction time, and mental focus, making it a valuable complement to other training disciplines offered at Rebel Thaiboxing.
